Favorite type of exercise

What activity do you like to do most for exercise to stay active and healthy?

  • I love to run. I have continued to run this pregnancy, but have lowered my mileage and pace. I can't wait until I can start training for another marathon. I miss my long runs!!!

    For some strength training I love doing to 30 Day Shred.

  • Running, Dancing,  Strength Training, and Yoga.

    I recently started aqua aerobics too.

  • Pre-pregnancy I did triathlons. (Ironman)

    I had intended to keep running and swimming but somehow it kind of fell apart.  I have kept swimming about 1km twice a week and now also do yoga.  Every now and then I will go for a walk/run.

  • Favorite is soccer, hands down. That's out now though. I also Crossfit and as I get further along will probably switch to the workouts from the Crossfit Mom website.
  • Aerobics classes- my favorites are cycling, step and circuit.  I love yoga as well.

    Still managing to workout 4 times a week (primarily in classes) but I am not doing as much yoga as I would like...
