If you shower/take a bath with LO...

Maybe a dumb question but how do you do this?  I've read about others doing it but I'm having a hard time visualizing it (i.e. slippery baby!).  Do you just stand under the running water with your LO, or (if you take a bath) just lie in the water with him/her?  TIA.

    I bathe with DD.  What I do is I just sit in the bath with her and I hold her with my hands and also I kind of wedge her in my legs.  It's hard to explain.  I've never felt uncomfortable though, she has never slipped or anything.  When I wash her I just lay her on my legs and hold her down with one hand and soap her up with the other.

    I take my shower, then DH hands DS to me.  I first hold him facing me and soap his back, butt, arms and head...then I flip him over and hold him cradle hold...clean his privates, legs and feet.  Rinse him off real good and hand him back off to DH....he diapers, lotions and dresses DS while I get myself dressed.  Works out great!  The first couple times I was nervous b/c they are VERY slippery when wet.  But once you get used to holding/positions that work for you, it's no biggie!  I've never dropped him.....yet!  ::knocks on wood::  But now that he's getting heavier I'm gonna start using the baby bathtub and see how he likes it!

    I use a shower chair and we sit there and i hold her just in front of the stream of water & she loves it!

    I bathe with my DS, I just sit him between my legs and cross them around him.
