  • Homemade chicken fried rice...my *healthy* version. Not as good as the yummy take-out down the street but I am bound and determined to get back in pp clothes!!!Tongue Tied
  • Chicken Pesto Pizza!  It is soooo good. And you gotta love Boboli:)
  • Parmesan crusted tilapia!  I don't do the cooking but this is one of my husband's best recipes!  I love it!

On a related note, last night he made a pumpkin pasta from a recipe in Parents magazine....penne noodles with a thick pumpkin based sauce.  It was definitely different but a hearty autumn dish (we added chicken to it as well).  If you have the latest issue of Parents, check it out (page 100)

  • Some sort of out food.  I am working late, we need to finish painting the dining room, DS has his one month appointment, and DD has dance class.

Tuesdays are usually our out night! :)

  • Probably burgers on the grill. I don't know what we'll have with it yet. Baked beans maybe...
  • Chicken tacos

I put some chicken and rotel in the crockpot earlier.  I'm going to shred it and freeze half.

  • Baked tilapia with roasted aspargus.
