It has been raining since we woke up (5am) in Livermore. It must have been really windy while I was driving to work because I came home and our flag pole was completely bent and the flag was across the driveway.
pretty steady rain, a little bit of wind (I'm in Willow Glen in SJ)
I have to admit I'm little disappointed. It started raining about one-ish this morning and the way people were talking when I woke up I expected to have trees and branches all over the place and for half of the neighborhood to be without power.
At least, that's what "storm" means in Dallas.
It is nice, though. :-)

I think it depends on where you are. The mall I manage in San Jose has some trees down and the power is out. My office and DS's daycare also had the power out.
In Modesto it's been rainy and windy all day. I could hear it all when I was up with Grace at 2:30 a.m. Still like that now. I hate driving in this weather!
it has been HORRENDOUS in san rafael ... and not much better in concord according to dh ...
