Contrax=need to poop LIKE NOW? TMI

So I'm really hoping this isn't a sign of whats to come, but every time I have a contraction I feel this need to poop. I was very happy that one of these urges struck while I was tinkling. Cause I ended up going a little bit.

I'm not constipated, I've been keeping things moving very well all pregnancy.

DH thinks its funny cause the only thing he had known about child birth at the beginning was that women can poop on the table.

Does anyone else do this?

Yep. I actually like it because if ctxs are making me need to poop, then I figure there's that much less to come out on the table if it does indeed happen to be labor starting

I've heard that's actually kind of the body's way of cleaning itself out before labor really gets going. My first contractions definitely felt like I needed to go, but after that, they just felt like AF cramps. GL!
