need new work pants...what are your favorites?

I have to go shopping tomorrow for work pants that fit - as I go back on Monday and can *kind of* wear 2 pairs of pre-PG pants (and that's with a bella band).  I don't want to spend a ton of money as I have hopes to eventually fit back in to at least a few pairs...one day.

Where do you buy pants that you love (and don't cost a fortune)?

Oh how I wish it were cold and I could cover my leftover pooch with sweaters!!

ETA:  I teach and am not an overly fancy person.  I love a good pair of khakis...and maybe some grey and black pairs thrown in.  No "suit-like" pants for me though!  They have to be able to go with my Birkenstocks and other comfy shoes!!

    ditto babbs?

  • I've ordered several from Gap, I think they'd be what you're looking for.
  • Old Navy's dress slacks fit me very well and last forever. Not bad for $25 pants.

  • FYI, I am still wearing Maternity pants.  They are comfy.  I say go for it if you want to.

Where can you get the NY and Co coupons?

Target has some new khakis with good tummy stretch too.

  • Not sure if you have any of these near you, but I love Geoffrey Beene and Bass, ours are outlet stores.

Unfortunately, I didn't buy a bunch of maternity pants, mostly cute summery skirts and stuff, so for the fall and winter I need pants.  Don't get me wrong - I'm still wearing my mat. jeans and denim skirts! :)  They're just not work appropriate except for jeans on Thursdays.
