Searching for some Robeez...

Poor poor Elise doesn't ever wear shoes! And I meant to pick up some Robeez (or similar) for her, 6-12 m but I haven't seen any. And you all know me, I refuse to pay full price! So has anyone seen any? I'm looking for fall or winter colors (really, just not white.) I'm thinking TJ Max, Ross etc... I just haven't seen any. I've even looked on ebay but they're not that much cheaper than paying full price.

tia!

Re: Searching for some Robeez...

  • Luci just started really walking and NEVER wears shoes either.  Only when we are out.  I got a great pair of Robeez style shoes at Target.  They are brown with pink, blue, and cream polka dots.  They aren't annoying looking.  I think most are over done.  TJ Maxx and Marshalls have some that are around 7.99 and the ones I got at Target were 12.99.  I'm not sure if you are a stickler for wanting real Robeez but that was as close as I got with out paying the huge price tag.  Also, sometimes new w/ tags Robeez and Pedipeds pop up on Craigslist.  I'm headed straight for Pedipeds from here on out since she's walking consistantly.

    HTH!

  • Lauren, I have a few pairs of shoes for 6-12 months that are def not going to fit A for a while (the 0-6 month ones are still falling off her feet). Do you want to borrow them? I bought a few pairs of Robeez when the Mini Social had them for 1/2 price. I personally think the PediPeds are more comfy looking and I have a pair of 12-18 month ones (fall colors) that you can borrow if you want.

Also, I realized after I borrowed those two outfits from you last week that I have a ton of 12 & 18 month outfits that I have bought on clearance or on sale for A. If you want to look through A's closet and borrow any for Elise, feel free I have fleecy jackets too for cool weather!

Where did you get your pedipeds?  I wanna get some for Luci's bday but don't wanna spend an arm and a leg.

  • Thanks Ashley- I'm not stuck on Robeez... just the style. Although shoes might be one giant FAIL for Elise. I have a few pairs of Pedipeds for her (bought when they had a 50% off sale on their website last spring.) So I just put them on her and she freaked! Screamed, cried, and shook her legs until I took them off. Random, strange child!!!!!!!

So she just may remain shoeless for a while.

Luci doesn't quite cry but she def doesn't like them.  She's like Elise, doesn't wear shoes ever.  She likes it that way. :)

  • I got her a pair of Faux-bees at Target. We'll see if she can tolerate them tomorrow.

  • I just ordered some on diapers.com with my diaper order.  There are some on sale there.  I've also seen them at Target.

  • Hey

You have heard of babysteals.com right?  They often have Roobeez on there for a good price.  You can also check their archive....
