It's coming up, the week before Halloween. I am on the committee at school who has to plan the activities we do. The problem is, we have no budget for this, and cannot even get the cheesy ribbons to pin on.
Any ideas as to what we could do that week? Any neat themes? I'm at a loss here!
Re: Help for Red Ribbon Week
Can I ask what Red Ribbon Week is?
FET: Success! Beta at 14dp5dt: 2427 TWINS!!
It feels like forever ago since the days of Red Ribbon Week, but let me try and remember some of the themes my schools did.
Twin Day (you and another person dress alike)
Backwards Day (wear your clothes backward)
Crazy Hair Day/Crazy Hat Day
Pajama Day
School Spirit Day
Western/Cowboy Day (wear cowboy style clothes)
...that's about all I can remember.
Is this for the kids? Can they use art supplies that are already there? Can you take time away from classes to do things? Do the kids wear uniforms?
Give them papers that have the outline of the ribbon.
Inside the ribbon they can write about drug prevention/awareness. Or they could creat pictures inside the ribbon.
