NBR: Anyone dealing with the tmobile sidekick issues?

I'd been so good about keeping my phone charged so that my phone wouldn't shut off and I wouldn't lose everything on it, but this morning it turned itself off on my commute to work.  The only contact it saved was DH.  Go figure, the only # I actually have memorized.

I'm due for a new phone in December and had been planning to just get a new sidekick since the sidekick plan is $10 cheaper than a blackberry one, but now I'm not so sure.  What kind of company doesn't back up this kind of info?!

Anyone else dealing with this?  Are you planning to switch to another kind of phone?

    LOL.  I just went and looked at his rant.  He's right though, a month of free data does not make up for the inconvenience they're causing.  They're going to have to give me something pretty good to keep me when my contract is up.
