My ups:
I'm still feeling good and I've figured out why - my H is having all my pregnancy symptoms for me!! He has leg cramps now, I do not. He can't sleep well, his back hurts, his arms fall asleep at night... ROFL!
Also, we went out to dinner for our 2nd anniversary on Saturday (date is really tomorrow). We totally stuffed ourselves, including dessert... it was great.
My downs:
I had an utterly neurotic, insane week of worry capped off by intense pain and discomfort on Friday that I think was partly a work injury and partly just stress.
And then Friday night DH & I got in a fight.
Update: my big u/s is scheduled for Friday, 10/16.
Two Ups: Going to visit family this weekend, and every telling me I have a small bump. My little nephew picking out a stuffed animal for the baby.
Two Downs: Getting up every 2 hours at night to use the restroom. I still have not felt ANY movement yet.
Hi - I'd love to be added. EDD is Feb 4.
Ups:
1) Energy! I finally got that 2nd tri burst of energy everyone talks about!
2) Appetite - I finally got it back! And the throwing up has started to decline a little bit.
Downs:
1) migraines are still driving me crazy - i never know when the next is going to strike.
I can actually only think of one down right now.
Well, you can change my acutal to a BOY!!! I really thought I was having another girl - but nope - it's a little man!
We're very excited and have named him Fletcher James. Looking forward to meeting him in 4 months!
Two Ups:
We found out we're having a boy a few days before leaving for vacation!
Had a great vacation - took dd to Disney! So much fun watching her have a blast!
And because I can't stop there - LO is moving so much more and I'm loving feeling him - and dd and dh have now felt him too! LOVE IT!!!
Two Downs:
MIL was a PITA on our trip (and so was SIL)! She lives in FL and the rest of the fam met us to go to Disney. We had planned to announce what we were having when I arrived (with dd) - dh went early for his sister's graduation. Well, MIL got miffed that we told FIL (not her husband anymore) and his wife - whom we're close to, what we were having (because they live in the same town as us). We really just wanted to tell people to their face - because the reactions are fun! She got all mad at DH because FIL's wife knew and she didn't and that was unfair. So, 2 hours before my arrival, she demanded that DH tell her what we were having. So it was all about her....never fails! So, she gave me a "fake" reaction when we announced...and then dh told me later what had happened.....so not cool.
And 2nd down - vacation is over and we're back to the grind!
Two Ups: My ILs ordered our crib on Tuesday, so I'm really excited about getting that in. Also, I've been feeling Noah move a lot more, and its so exciting to watch him move my belly all around.
Two Downs: I had a really busy work week last week, so I felt a little crazy. Also, DH has a big exam coming up this weekend so we won't be able to go camping like we originally planned.
Update: My big u/s is a week from today, Monday the 19th. Very excited as DH will get to come with me (1st time).
Ups: I have finally decided on the swing and the stroller. There's just so many dang choices. I plan to register next week after the big u/s.
Downs: I am not sleeping well these last few days. Too much tossing and turning and now my pee trips have increased from once a night to three... also, seem to be hungry all the time and no matter what I eat or drink, cannot shake this feeling in my stomach - similiar to naseau, but not quite. Uggh.

but don't actually know, and keeping it a surprise
two ups - someone told me they couldn't tell i was prego and thought it was awesome i was still wearing normal clothes. Got new bra's this weekend for my gigantic bbs.
two downs - no movement yet...my new bra size is GIGANTIC.
Ups:
-Finally getting DH to go shopping with me to give his opinion on a few things. Till now I've just been waiting on him to have time. -Feeling movement a little more consistantly this week. It's such a great feeling I just sit back and smile :-)
Downs:
-Sciatic nerve pain is getting worse. I've been finding it hard to move around at different times of the day. -Out growing yet another bra!
Two Ups:1.We changed doctors on Friday and I am a lot happier now. Met with my old OBGYN and it felt right to be back. 2. We registered yesterday
Two Downs:1. I feel some movement but doctor said it will definitely be less since I have an anterior placenta.2. I have to get all my records from old doctor and its becoming a process
Ups: Obviously the big u/s tomorrow! I'm so excited! And also, we had a REALLY amazing weekend, full and tons of fun.
Downs: I've been having scary dreams lately, mostly about deaths of my family. So scary. And...really that's it. It's been a good week!

Two ups: We have our big U/S tomorrow and I am nervously excited! Hope we can find out the gender and that everything is going good.
Our vacation starts next Sunday. We are going to Orlando for a week.
Two downs: I have such bad acid reflux that it makes me vomit once or twice a week.
My low back has been bothering me..wah it's too early for this!
UPS:
~ Feeling baby move!
~ Getting that 2nd tri Energy boost back! I love get things done now. My list is getting shorter.
DOWNS:
~ DH still has not felt baby move!
~ Not sleeping well at night.
I came up with a 2nd Down - throwing up every time I go in the car. Without fail. Even with phenergan. Ugh. I just tried to go to the gym which is about 2 miles away - within 5 mins I had thrown up twice. I give up lol.
Ups:
Bought some cute maternity clothes this weekend.
I actually have the beginning of a small bump.
Downs:
Still no energy.
No movement yet. With an anterior placenta, I'm expecting to have to wait a while for this
Ups: Had a doc appointment last Thursday. Heard the heartbeat and it was a strong 140! My big u/s has been scheduled for November 5! 4 weeks to go!
Downs: DH had a fever on Saturday, so I was trying to take care of him while avoiding him at the same time, not an easy task! Lol. My boss is sick now too, so I feel like I am doomed.

2 ups:
Got a couple of shelves to install this weekend for our closets. I'm sucha nerd- I love organized closets! It's also going to help make space in DD's closet for the baby.
Going out east for mom's 60th b-day this weekend w/ DD. We're driving out to the mountains in Virginia, so it should be really pretty.
2 downs:
Yikes, I have become soooo. cranky over the past couple of days. Hormones must be out of whack.
My closet shelves are taking a little while to install and I'm ancy to finish the project

2ups: We finally got around to registering and I feel like that is a huge relief. I walked the Susan Koman breast cancer walk on Saturday and had a stranger tell me that I didn't look 5mths preggos (yay me cause I felt like a fat blimp in my oversized t-shirt)
2downs: I still really can't complain... My trips to the bathroom is starting to pick up.. we still haven't looked at names...
Hi I would like to be added! I just entered my second trimester on Sunday so I am 14 weeks. My EDD is 4/11/2010. I am officially a member of team blue (yay!) but I thought I was having a girl for the first few weeks until the tests came back. My next appointment is on 10/28.
Two ups are: I had a great lunch with my BFF in Times Square today, we had such a blast. I am in the second trimester and all the testing has been great for this baby so it is helping me stay positive
Two downs are: Today is my brother's birthday, he is in the Air Force and is getting deployed to the Middle East in the next two weeks, and I am going to miss him terribly! I just hope he will be home safe before the baby is born. The second is that I had a totally hormonal/ crazy weekend. Usually I am pretty under control but I was crying all over the place and had tons of nightmares last night! I hope that this doesn't keep up!

Ups: LO is moving around like crazy all the time!!! I am finally going into my 3rd tri!!! So exciting! The end is near! Can't wait to meet our LO!
Downs: Still having LOTS of Indigestion! It just doesn't go away! Also, I have been feeling very sore in my belly lately. Don't know why. I guess from everything growing & moving around in there. I don't know. But I don't like it!! LOL!

Two Ups - I am feeling a lot more movement these days and am so enjoying every moment of it. I took it super easy yesterday - spending most of the day relaxing on our new couch. I needed a mellow day.
Two Downs - I ate really badly last week - lots of candy and stupid junk. Work has been crazy lately as the kids are taking the state test which is stressful for all.
Hi Ibis! Thanks for doing this! No changes for me. I have an u/s 2 weeks from Wednesday but we still plan on leaving gender a mystery.
Ups: Still having a healthy pregnancy-never thought I would be able to say that! And, we bought our furniture and bedding and completed our registry!
Downs: DH still hasn't touched the nursery. There is so much to do before we can put anything in there! And, I am stressed about everything today-leave of absence at work, amount of work to be done before baby, trying to schedule all the work around the holidays and all the other hectic stuff that comes at the end of the year!

Due: March 28th
Guess: Boy
Big U/S: 10/28...but we are Team Green!
2 Ups: Got 2 pairs of maternity pants and got a TON of maternity clothes from my BFF. I *think* I felt a few taps in my belly Thursday night and last night. Not 100% sure that it's the baby though.
2 Downs: Headaches! They just suck. The weather is getting colder and I can't find my winter coats (we just moved into our house in June and we've been renovating so things are sort of a mess).
Ups: 1. At our big u/s on Friday we found out that we are having a boy! I was in some ways dreading the appt worried that we would find out something was wrong, but the LO looked amazing perfect. 2. We then got to share the news in person with my family on Saturday and his on Sunday, which meant telling them a white lie over the phone on Friday... we just couldn't/wouldn't deliver that kind of news over the phone. So, we told both sides that baby had his/her legs sealed shut. The family went nuts once we told the truth. It was awesome!
Downs: Constipation. Enough said!
