    My first instinct is Tuh-mare-uh, as in Tia and Tamara Mowrey of Sister Sister fame.

    My second guess would be TAM-er-uh.

    Married in 2008 - DD born in 2010 - EDD 6.15.2012!

    I went to high school with someone who pronounced it Tam-Ruh.  Another friend's sister's mn was pronounced Ta-mar-uh.  Both were spelled Tamara.  Me personally, when I see it, I think Tam-ruh.
