Feels like cement in my intestines! (TMI)

in 2nd Trimester

WOW am I miserable!  This anti-nausea medication I am on comes with its own lovely side effect, which makes me wonder... what is worse, vomiting or constipation?  Because right now, although I am not throwing up, I certainly cannot say I am comfortable!  And my body thinks it's funny to play tricks on me, making me feel like I am ready to go... but when I try... nope!

Thanx for letting me vent!

    So far today I have had 4 colace, 2 servies of high fiber oat mean (10 grams each)  and white bean chicken chili for dinner....

    Nadda.  This is getting nuts!  I totally feel your pain.

    Colace did not work at all for me. Doc recommended Milk of Magnisum and Miralax, especailly after being backed up for days I needed both. But the Miralax (it used to be prescription) is not otc and I take it every other day and it really helps!

    I hear you!  There were days where I would ask myself 'Do I want to throw up or be constipated?'.  I would stop taking Zofran a day here and there to 'unclog'.  Things will get better, I'm pulling for you!
    If being a math nerd is wrong, I don't wanna be right!

    I asked for it from fellow bumpie neonstarfish... she makes GREAT buttons!  If you ever see a post from her, scroll down to the collection of buttons in her siggy... some are clickable and will take you to a page where you can borrow the code.  They're great!  And she's super nice... I think she's always taking ideas for new buttons!
