Early evening here in AZ could be anywhere from 85-70... The first year I moved to Phoenix from Tucson, it was still 100+ through the end of October. It should only be in the lower 80s this year...

It depends. The first year we took DD out for halloween, it was beautiful. Probably about 60 and then it dropped into the 50's as the sun set. Last year was cold. We went out right away before the sun set and it was only about 40 at most.

This year I'm anticipating it being cold, considering that it was a high of 38 today and it snowed.

Between the 80's and 50's. We have weird weather swings here. I can remember being super bummed about not being able to rock my 80's sweater dress and tall boots on Christmas morning as a child because it was so farking hot here!
