i havent been spotting or cramping or anything.. am i crazy to worry that i might have lost the baby? should i just shut up and thank my lucky stars that im feeling this good?
tia!
Re: should i worry?
I had a similar period of no nausea, regular appetite, etc. around that time, too. I am a worrier by nature, and of course freaked out, but theeeeeennnnn.... my nausea came back with a vengeance, I had a whole other period where I was exhausted all the time, and I remembered I was truly pregnant.
All I can say is that you'll feel relieved when you go for your NT and that baby is moving all around (even though you can't feel it yet).
That said, you should never hesitate to call your OB if you have worries or questions. They get calls all the time (it is their job, after all), and your concerns are not going to be something unusual to your doctor. Meanwhile, have a great rest of your pregnancy!
This was me, too. I think there a lot more people than you'd expect that don't have a lot of symptoms in 1st Tri. I freaked out, too. But in exchange, I had a very rough start to 2nd Tri. At least now LO is moving (as I type) all the time!
I understand your concern - I was in the same boat as you just a few weeks ago! My pregnancy symptoms completely vanished around 10 weeks - no more nausea, sore boobs, cravings, exhaustion...I felt FINE. Then, around 12 weeks, everything came back
I don't think you have anything to worry about!
