I was reading in a post below that some of you use the Boppy for tummy time. How does this work? It seems to thick to use it like that, I am picturing DS bent in half hanging over it.
you just put them over it so that the boppy part is under their chest, their arms over it, so they're sort of hanging down. It just supports their trunk a little so they don't feel quite so flat on the ground and still can work on their next and arm control.
They also sell a mini version of the boppy that is great for doing tummy time. Particularly when your little one can use his/her arms for some support. The boppy helps bring their chest up off the ground to encourage additional arm strength.
You can also use a rolled up towel or even a swimming "noodle" for the same effect.
