For my m/s I would drink ginger tea, eat peppermints, lemon drops or preggie pop drops. I hate that feeling...sorry you're feeling like this.

i drink a diet coke when i feel like crap. i tend to get upset stomachs in the mornings and the carbonation really helps me and if i have a soda with sugar it makes it worse which is why i do diet.
