tmi dark bump on leg?

I'm sorry, this is gross but I have been googling and can't find anything and don't know what to do. I have a bump on my leg that is getting really painful and has red lines radiating out from it. It's hard to walk because if it touches my pants, it kills. I have no idea what it is or if I should go to the doctor or just wait it out? I'd feel stupid if I went and they tell me it's just an ingrown pimple or something but it just keeps getting worse so I'm getting worried.

OK, well I edited it down a bit so it wasn't as gross but I guess when we all talk about ewcm, a bump on the leg may not really be tmi

I had something similar. I don't recall having red lines, but you should check it out. Mine was a derma"somethingoranother" I can't recall the name. I had it removed because it was being irritated by my pants running rubbing on it.
