My last 2 IVF cycles I was monitored on Day 5 and Day 8 of stims (triggered on day 8). It seems like most people are monitored more than twice during a cycle.
I went yesterday for my baseline - next appt is Wed 10/14 and then possibly Sun 10/17 depending on how things look. So about twice here too.

I started stims last Wednesday (9/30) and I've been to the ER 5 times since that day - Day 4, 6, 7 (but that's because my estrogen shot up), 9, and 10 (today). I'm either triggering tonight or going in tomorrow for one last monitoring. Hope that's helpful.
I had a CD3 baseline b/w and u/s, then monitoring appointments every few days once i started stimming, then as the follies grew closer to 18+mm, I went in every day for b/w and u/s. I usually had between 4-5 monitoring appointments before triggering.
After 5 years of TTC, 3 IUIs, 5 IVFs, 2 FETs, multiple losses and an adoption that wasn
I went in for my baseline on CD2, then had my first monitoring appointment after 3 days of stims, and will have my next tomorrow, after 5 days (and they upped my dosages after the first appointment)
The impression I've gotten is that I'll be in a lot once things really start moving.
