If this headache/neck ache does not go away I have already taken 5 Tylenol.

    Try a Coke, the caffeine might help.

    I completely sympathize with you!  I have a bad cold / allergies and I'm taking Claritin and Tylenol, but it doesn't do the trick.  I have stronger meds, but I'm trying not to take them just in case.  DH has been massaging my shoulders to try and help, he is as sympathetic as he can be while taking the good meds!

    The other day, someone at work mentioned that peppermint candy can help with killer headaches...don't know how reliable it is, but I was going to try it next time I couldn't shake a headache. Anyone else hear of that?

    I've never heard of peppermint candy but it can't hurt to try. I get migraines but I try not to take  my prescription it knocks me out. It is more my neck and back of my head than anything.
