Older baby hip sling

My 7 month old is getting way too big to carry arond in the infant car seat anymore so we're officially in the market for a hip sling. We have a "Snugli" and a "Baby Bjorn", but Caden tends to like to be carried on a hip instead in the Bjorn-style carriers. Go figure.

I've been searching eBay and other websites for one and I've found a few things I liked, but wondered if any of you other mamas knew of anybody local who makes these (I like supporting local folks). Maybe someone here has a mom friend who started making these as a business?

Or, I'll take any recommendations of a national brand if you own a good one!

I second the Kangaroo Korner. I have the solarveil ring sling and love it. They don't have a store, but they will let you order online and pick it up if you call and ask (or you can order over the phone as well).

I have a Moby and really like it. I haven't tried the hip position with it but know that it's possible.
