  My line is just now starting to lighten up, but I'm filipino...so I don't know if it will ever be completely gone.

  I was wondering the same thing... mine si really dark. I wonder if I get tan if it will get darker too or if I can get my skin to match it! Oh well guess it will be my mom tattoo

  Mine is just about gone. It'll be there for awhile but I did the same thing with my belly button. LOL

  Mine is slowly starting to fade. My belly button has also be scrubbed raw and the skin just peeled off...yuck. I agree w/ pp...I guess it's my mommy tattoo!

  Mine has lightened a lot, but it is still there. This reminds me that I need to scrub it to death in the shower tomorrow.

  How about this - mine turned this purple-ish color and split from one straight line into several small slanted lines.

  So wierd!!  Luckily it's only from the belly button down so it's not too bad.

  I was just wondering this too! I didnt have it with my previous pregnancies and this time was shocked that it was there.  In fact its way darker now than during pregnancy. And now my belly button is REALLY dark...I'm a super pale Irish girl ya know and its just really funny looking having a dark brown belly button surrounded by pale skin lol. Hope it lightens up but it has me worried it won't for quite some time.

  I just pulled my shirt up to look... mine is finally gone!  It was still there a couple months ago, but I must have stopped paying attention.  I'd say it was there for good 6 months pp.
