I named my 3 cats (all female) after my favorite names in the world. There is ten year old Grace, 4 year old Bella and baby Sophia. Good thing I'm having a boy because I've used up my girl names on pets!
LOL, no but Bella and Grace are 2 of my favorite names (if we were having a girl she would have been named Bella Grace). Our dog is named Kirby, but I would never name my child that, not my cup of tea for a person.

I named my cats that back when I didn't care about baby names! and back before they were popular!! Now I am doomed from using them :-(
My friend did this when her parents were naming their dog. She had a named she loved so much that she kept suggesting it. Now that she is pregnant with a girl, she regrets it! ha
Yup, we named our jack russell Benjamin when we got him 5 years ago because having children wasn't even a thought yet. Now, we're struggling to agree on names because we loved that name so much.

Yep. I had a cute little bunny rabbit named Abigail. Like you said, it was before that was such a popular name and I really loved it. Dang rabbit turned out to be a boy anyway. Apparently, it's very hard to tell when they're babies! We shortened his name to Abbey, but it still ruined Abigail for me.

"apparently it's very hard to tell when they're babies" lol this got me laughing. I can just picture you like SH!T IT'S A BOY!
Yes! One of my dogs' names is Ava and now I wish it wasn't! Then again, everyone is doing Ava nowadays, so I probably wouldn't have gone that route anyway. We are going with Avery instead, so close enough.
