When did you pack your Hospital bag?

I'm only 34 weeks, so I'm mentally thinking about stuff I wanna pack. But when should I actually pack. lol. I'm thinking 36ish weeks?

I don't want to pack too soon, but def. dont wanna wait too late.

Any advice/opinions?

I started at 37w3d and finished while I was in labor at 37w5d. I've alraedy started mine just in case.

I say do it whenever you want to. DH has been asking to pack our bags since July (no lie) and I finally gave in last week, so he's all packed and I'm mostly packed and we've put a couple things in the diaper bag.

I will be packing mine at 33 weeks just to be safe.

I'm paranoid so I packed mine at 28 wks. I have had 3 friends give birth in the last 2 mos who gave birth anywhere from 4-10 wks early! You can't ever pack too early :-)

I packed too much in mine. I only used stuff I needed to take a shower, do my hair and a pair of sweatpants/tank top and my camera.

Along with my boppy and a couple outfits for LO. I reccommend a nail file for your LO as well.

39 weeks. I started false labor and decided I needed a bag. Perhaps I should have waited a little longer.

I packed mine, at 36w1d when they told me I was 3 cms and 50% effaced at my appointment, and I was having regular contrax. I feel better now though, knowing its packed and ready in the car.

last week when i had contractions 2-3min apart, i packed before heading to L&D, but it ended up nothing happening, so now they bags are just sitting by the door waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting. I am hoping they dont wait to much longer

With #1, I packed at 36 weeks I think. With this one, I still haven't. I'm convinced it jinxed me last time. I have my list ready, and I figure I'll just pull it out and pack when the contractions start coming on.

Ive been contracting a lot lately, and my dr. told me that after 35 weeks they arent going to try to stop my labor...so I should probably get on packing that bag pretty soon! I dont really want to go into labor quite yet(Id like to make it til 37+ weeks), so Ive been putting off packing the bag as if that will help.
