I wrote a post like this once and people got annoyed with me.
In short: Lots of things. I am just not a believer in "stuff"
Professional pictures (I just take them all myself)
Jumperoo (he does have an exersaucer, but not too fond of it yet)
Sophie, Exersaucer, Jumperoo, carseat toys, BundleMe, snowsuit (ones that are coming up more often now that it's getting chillier!)
I don't have a moby or a sophie.
I want both though lol
sophie- and won't get one... we have plenty of toys for the babies- they don't need that.
framed photos of the twins... we have some of Griffin (not many- i'm not into having tons all over)... we have printed photos from our photographer of the twins- but i have yet to frame and display any- really need to get on that!
Sling - he would never use it

no pro pics at 3 months. Only did hospital, 1 month and will do 5 month or christmas pics. husband will divorce me if I got more pictures done

We don't have a Baby Bjorn (prefer Moby), disposable diapers, or stretchy head bands with giant bows or flowers.

Almost no hospital/newborn pictures (we do have some stuff on video though!)
Not one picture of her in a frame yet. I'm HORRIBLE about pictures. We only have one wedding picture in a frame at home and that was only because DH practically threatened me with divorce about it.

We don't have a completed nursery either! It has been a year since starting it. We gutted it completely now it is about 80% done. Just some touchup here and there and decorating!

Month stickers....I don't even label "month" pictures at all. Bad mommy.
Moby, ginourmous flower and bow headbands*, pickysticky stickers, pro pictures, um, I know there's more.
She does have one, because it was a gift. My friend made it for her. She wore it for some pictures for her.

(But I am actively looking for the Bumbo & Baby Bjorn or Ergo type carrier at consignment stores...just haven't found any yet!)
We buy all of her baby gear used or on sale - her bouncy seat, exersaucer, play mat & swing all cost less combined than a new swing would alone.
Sophie (he's not teething yet, maybe if I run out of ideas when the time comes I'll get it)
Month stickers (I don't even label mine...I just document it in my blog and I can look at my EXIF data from the photo if I can't remember in the future).
Wrap/sling and Sophie are the first that came to my mind.
