How about this one instead (bedding opinion)

this is the one my mom likes but how can this work in the summer?

someone said I could use the island bedding comforter as a top blanket in the winter?  I was kind of counting on just getting one set since PBK is so $.  I always have the same comforter on my bed all year round.  Would the island bedding comforter not be warm enough in the winter even with a blanket underneath?  sigh...

    I prefer the island bedding as far as looks.  dd has a quilt ... one quilt summer and winter.  I put flannel sheets on her bed in the winter and cotton in the summer. she's fine.  Ds has a PBK quilt that he uses summer and winter.  it's the crib/toddler bed size.  again... flannel sheets in the winter, cotton in the summer....  and they wear thicker pjs in the winter... usually just a T shirt in the summer.

    Im sure the Island one will be more than fine, its not like he's sleeping outside LOL.  He has pj's, plus sheet, plus blanket.

    thats what I was kind of thinking.  I can't imagine buying 2 comforter sets.  Thats very $.  He sleeps in fleece, plus a blanket and then the quilt would be on top.  Thats pretty warm!
