4 month wake period

So before about a week or 2 ago, Landon was sleeping anywhere from 5-8 hour stretches. Now we are back to 3-4 hour stretches. Which makes for a long night since I'm mainly the one to get up with DS. Any suggestions? We have a regular bedtime routine.

  • Waiting patiently for answers as we are fastly approaching this.

  • We just continued to stick to our normal bedtime routine and she was back to sleeping like normal a few weeks later.  I don't have any other suggestions, sorry! I hope your LO starts sleeping more soon!
  • No suggestions... DD is doing the same thing.  She has been waking up about 2 hours after I put her down, and I have been feeding her this week at that time.  I'm not sure if we are just starting a new routine or if she is really hungry- only time will tell I guess.  I'll let you know if I figure anything out!

  • Jess, we are right there with you! Last night Megan woke up 3.5 hours after bedtime, 2.5 hours after that, then 1.5 hours after that, before finally sleeping for 3 hours straight again. And each time, only nursing her would get her back to sleep! I think there's a growth spurt at 4mos and I'm chalking it up to that. Hopefully it passes quickly for both of us!
