Get nervous when LO doesn't move after sex?

just curious. I know LO is fine but DH had a mini freak out and wouldn't fall asleep until he felt LO move after we had sex. I tried to explain that maybe all the "rocking" put LO to sleep, but after 10 minutes LO finally kicked DH right were his hand was and DH felt way better.

Anybody else?

This totally happened to me last night. I ended up drinking some Coke Zero and she woke right up. Just lulls them to sleep, I guess

i am a self proclaimed "baby poker" if I don't feel her move after doing something out of the ordinary (sex, being very active, sleeping for a while, etc) then i will kinda shift and poke at my belly until i feel something affirming shes doing ok in there lol.

then she usually gets back at me by giving me a few good punches to the crotch in the middle of the night.....we're on an even playing field lol.

That doesnt seem to bother DH much, as she normally moves shortly after. He avoids the belly like the plague in bed though, he doesn't want to feel her move while we do "it", haha

We havent had sex since i got pregnant lol freaks me and my husband out big time haha BUT i did read that the baby doesnt move after sex because when you have an orgasm your uterus contracts which leaves the baby with little room to actually move, so they dont move during contractions... plus, it said the motions of your body rock the baby to sleep!

She's already traumatized that mom and dad are "doing it" lol!

Seriously though, I'm with the previous post, my husband won't touch me as he is convinced I'm terribly fragile and is scared something will happen. But now I'm on pelvic and bedrest, so who knows maybe he was right all along. We won't tell him that!
