  Neither.

  Get one for free at the hospital or ask your doctor for a Rx for one after you give birth. It won't be pretty (basic white) but it's free (or your ins. will cover it) and it does the same thing.

  I bought the medela brand it was $20 and I liked it for about 2 weeks then it kept crawling up and folding over.

  I got the Belly Bandit and used it for back support. It was really great for my back, I don't think it did anything for my belly- I didn't wear it nearly as long as I was supposed to, I only wore it for maybe 2-3 hours a day. It gets really hot to wear so good if you live somewhere cold. Also, it totally shows under your clothes so don't fall for that one!
  I also got one for my mom to use as a back brace, she said it's better than all of the elastic back braces she's bought at the drug store (she has scoliosis). So it's pretty sturdy, but not cheap.
