My mom's being a b!tch (vent)

My mother is really upsetting me. She's been out of town for 2 weeks, and in that time, my doctor has prescribed modified bed rest (chair, couch, bed), pelvic rest, etc. She comes back in town, tells me she's going to stop by. I let her know that my stepmom was going to come in town to take care of me, and she says, "Well, I'm your mother and I'm back now." Does she stop by? No. In fact, she doesn't even call for another 2 days.

She skypes me today that she wants to pick up some skin care from me today (I sell it). So all of a sudden, she's too sick to take care of me, but not too sick to stop by my house to pick up her product? And she doesn't have an issue with me walking downstairs to get the product for her? Meanwhile, my stepmom has done nothing but wait on me hand and foot. I go with my stepmom today one block up the street to get some fresh air, and my mom pulls the "caring mother" thing, and skypes me about how I shouldn't be walking, etc. Then she tells me to lose the attitude. Give me a f*cking break!

    What a tough place to put you in. I'm glad your stepmom has been such a source of support, and I hope your mom gets a clue soon. I'm sorry!

    I'm sorry your mom isn't being there for you but your step mom sounds awesome. I hope your mom realizes how she is treating you and straightens up her act.
