how often a day do they nurse? DD is still at 5-6 times a day, but will miss a few nursings at times b/c she is super active. I read in one source that 5-6 times a day is normal, and another one that said 3-4 times a day is normal. I know each baby is different and prob eats a different amount in any given feeding, just curious...

Mom to 2 beautiful girls, 3 yrs and 22 months old. My 2nd was born at 32 weeks due to Rhogam failure/severe complications from Rh disease and is our miracle. She has bilateral auditory neuropathy and a cochlear implant, activated 4/5/2012 at 19 months.

DD is 11 months and nurses at least 5-6 times per day.

we were at 4-5 times a day when he was 10-ish months.

We are at 4-5x per day but I'm not EBF, we have added solids (but we EBF since we don't use formula, KWIM?)

DD BF's maybe 5-6 times a day.
