I know it's early but...What's For Dinner?

I am thinking I'll make Bourbon Chicken and Rice tonight...it's one of DH's favorite meals (he likes that i can make it taste like it does in the mall---only with quality meat! haha). 

What are you guys going to have for dinner?

    Work has a dinner tonight together, I think it is needed. So we are going to Katie Downs by the water front. Nachos here I come!

    Black bean salad. It's fast and the only complete meal in the house that fits with the whole health kick DH and I are trying to do.

    Though thanks to a poll over on TTCAL now I want Thai something awful!

    It's a mexican brunch dish... my DH's favorite! Scrambled eggs mixed with tortilla chips, cheese, potatoes and jalapenos with warm tortillas and refried beans.

    that sounds soooo good!  do you just layer them all or is their a recipe you follow??

    As for my din din (It's never TOO early to think about dinner btw haha)...I'm making Italian Stuffed Shells and Mixed Greens Salad :-) Mmmmm

    While I'm not ready to pounce on him, I can see the appeal! I love a guy with tattoos :) hehe
