Thank you Nancy Grace! I think you would have to be blind not to see he is upset that Kate will be continuing the show without him and now he suddenly wants everyone to quit.How is he going to afford to take care of 8 children and put them through college? Guess since he isn;t going to be able to afford to take his dates on private jets anymore, he has had time to think...JERK!

My husband told me that he drained their joint bank account and Kate didn't even have the money to pay the household expenses. She is having to take him to court to get the money back. Real concerned for the children...

I love that she was all over this too! Why does a dad whose "only concerned for his children's well being" needs a lawyer there to answer questions from a gaggle of entertainment folk?

Of course my work blocks Perez hilton. I hope she ripped him. She may have other money but there was a court order that this money was for bills and not for his lavish spending, it was for his kids.

I agree that they are both lamebrains. She just isn't displaying it as much as he does.

This whole thing just makes me sad for those kids. I stopped watching the show a while ago and am so happy I did. I can't stand hearing about them anymore.

They're almost as annoying as Heidi and Spencer haha

Yes, and no one can convince me that she hasn't done the same thing. Hence, both morons. Neither one of them is thinking of the children or none of this would be in the news. Jon just really stinks at keeping his mouth shut and Kate is riding the sympathy wave and can't bring herself to get off.

I don't know...I have always been a Kate hater and from other things I have read/heard...Kate ALWAYS limited Jon's access to money. He also took just a little under two hundred thousand dollars, but has shown that they have much more money than that from the show. (I think the figures were somewhere around 1.25 million, but it may have been more)

So, regardless of who is right and who is wrong, the show really has kinda reached it's peak and is going to crash and burn anyway. Ratings are going way down and do we REALLY need to listen to Kate whine about how hard life is right now. I saw her on the view claiming that she would "work at mcdonalds if she needs to) but in my opinion, that is just Kate playing the "poor me" card. She was a nurse prior to her bus load of children, so I think she can do better than McDonalds. She has better options. She could also continue to write and speak like she has....the kids don't need their lives and parents divorce aired for the rest of the world to see...that is just my opinion.

Jon also made points on something I was watching last night...possibly entertainment tonight....but he said that Kate might just not be able to get all their clothes dry cleaned, pressed and so on. That kinda thing just might change, as well as how often the kids get new clothes....and whatever else they get. That is life. If they were not on TV and their parents were both laid off, the family would need to figure out where to save money...

I am not saying I agree with the fact that Jon seems to have taken a bit of a wild guys attitude towards life, but it isn't like he has earned himself a DUI or anything. This stuff also happens when he is NOT around the kids. Kate on the other hand is always whining and crying around the kids...and....let us not forget, she was an awful wife before. I was always horrified and can't ever imagine treating my husband the way she did....no wonder he has gone a bit crazy. The guy has been beaten down for the past 8+ years.

Just my opinion though...

I have to agree with you on this. I don't Jon agree with some of the things Jon has done, but Kate has drove him to this and I knew it was going to blow up sooner or later.

Do you really think Kate had no money to pay the bills? You do realize she makes millions of dollars these days, right?

Kate is looking no better then Jon in this entire situation
