    Yup, we're up.  I asked dh to do it yesterday, and he was like "What?  That's crazy".  You should see him stalking the site now, too funny.

    I thought I'd let him do it and go to bed, but I'm too excited too. : )

    We're up! Can't wait. Last year was so sweet. Im wondering if anyone with the "crying" picture also got a video and how did that go? Could you even hear Santa or just screams. Last years was so cute I am just wondering if your glad you did it every year.

    Well crap. Three girlfriends and I decided on a date we wanted at by 12:30, that entire freaking date was gone. Now, all the Saturdays appear full except the one we'll be out of town. That means all 3 of us would have to take off work. Grrr.......

    I am really glad that we have done it every year.  We have three kids and I started when our first was 10 days old.  This year will mark 9 years.  I have video of every year too!  I heart Phipps Santa!
