xp: help me out... fair foods

So we are having a pot luck at work tomorrow and everyone is suppose to bring a Food that is at the State Fair. It is either going to have to be a crock pot type dish or something that doesnt need to be heated because I will be leaving the house at 8 in the morning and not eating until noon! HELP!

    When I was at the fair this past weekend they had make your own ice cream sandwiches.  You could bring a couple kinds of ice cream and cookies and people can make their own.  This is if you have a freezer.

     If not you could always do cotton candy.

    Nachos (put the cheese in the crockpot) have sides like sour cream, guacamole, etc
