Blue Bear (hard edges mentioned)

What's your secret to getting rid of hard brownie edges?  I only know of one way.

  • My secret is not terribly different from the others' - give them to my husband to eat.  My husband prefers brownie edges.  Therefore you're thingamadoodle would be a dream come true for him.  He also prefers white meat chicken and I prefer dark - we're a very completmentary couple.
  • My solution:

Take a plastic knife (yes it has to be plastic, if not, then it just sticks to the metal knife) and cut into the brownies about 1/2 inch to make a new border.  Then cut into squares.

It's a lot of work, but the results are worth it.
