Amusing Trip to Target

Keira's walking really took off this weekend. She now primarily walks from one place to another and gets really mad when we try to contain her in anything (highchair, stroller, etc). I should have known that this newfound independence was going to make for a hellish shopping trip. Anyway, to make a long story short, Keira screamed the entire time she was in the shopping cart so I took her out and let her walk and man, you should have seen people's faces! Everyone assumed (because she is so damn tiny) that she was still an infant. So seeing this 6 month old baby (as one lady actually thought she was) WALKING was pretty jawdropping. Keira was a celebrity in no time. And I, of course, did not happen to mention that she is actually 17 months old! It was nice having people think my sweet girl was advanced! I'm still laughing at some of the comments people were making!

We still get it about Robbie even sitting up and moving around and stuff. He's gotten really fat, but he's still seriously short, so people think he's way younger than he is. I love their faces.
