Bleeding after working out?

I just got done working out and I went to the bathroom and there was bright red blood when I wiped (TMI sorry). I have never had this before but thought maybe I might have overdone it tonight?

I am totally worried as we just got done telling our parents 2 hours ago.

I hope that you just pushed too hard and everything is ok. I would call my doctor and request an exam.

Don't panic. there is anumber of normal things that can cause bleeding during PCY. Again, I would at least make a phone call to my doctor just to be sure

Once you realize everything is fine please get back to us!

Ugh. I have Tricare insurance and since they haven't seen me yet to confirm that I am pregnant there is no one I can even talk to. Technically I don't have an OB that is assigned to me. I could go to the ER but I don't think it is that serious. I can walk in tomorrow for a pregnancy test and then speak with someone. I guess that is what I will do. Hopefully it will stop before then.

Ok I am telling you this to make you feel better so don't freak out-- this happened to me. I ended up having a subchorionic hematoma that was aggrvated by my workout and it caused bleeding. It corrected itself and everything is fine now, but it was scary for a while. I am not saying you have this, it just sounds exactly like my scenario at first. I would definitely call your doctore pronto-- bright red is something to call about, but don't panic-- it could be any number of total normal things!
