  Of those two, Ciana looks prettier, but I also prefer Sienna.

  Yes. Spelling it Ci makes me think it should be pronounced "Chi-anna" not "See"

   I personally think the one N spelling after the city in Italy, Siena, is much classier.

  I like Sienna. This is how I'm used to seeing it, so to me, Siena makes it look like you accidentally left out an 'n'.

  The Italian city is Siena with one "n". That would be my preference but I think either spelling is fine.
