No one gives a sh!t how old you are

it's your level of maturity at that age that matters.

Case and point, lets all compare DianeN9 and Mandaphilly.

Manda is YOUNGER than Diane, yet she is about 10 years more MATURE.

Enough about the age crap. No one cares if you're 19 or 39

    maybe what she wrote about irked you in the wrong way, but leave her alone. she's obviously going through a hard time and people like you do not make it better on her. she was just venting. my god!

    Yes

    I think some young women are more mature nowadays because of the lives they've had to live and they want better for their children. That's how it is for me anyway. I'm 24 and about to have our third baby girl. And I'm proud to be a mom to all my sweet babies.

    this. Amanda and I are friends. We relate to the same situation. You can not judge me. You don't know me. You don't know what i've been thru. Becuase if you did, you wouldn't be saying i was immature for my age. Maybe my post came across as immature, but thats not how it was meant to be, so back the F off.

    This... there is something called a PM where you really should call someone out if you don't agree on something. Posting a whole new thread and voicing YOUR opinion is quite immature!!!!

    Although I do agree that it's more about maturity then anything else, it is refreshing to those of us under 25 having kids that we're not the odd ones out when were used to seeing women our age still in college, partying, and sleeping around. In todays society younger moms are more rare and perhaps it's nice for us to connect to one another. In the moms group I joined I am the youngest one there by at least 4 years, so it makes one think you're the only one. So quit ragging on us for wanting to support one another, because although motherhood depends on maturity, it is nice to see that there are people your own age that are at the same place in life as you and you're not alone.

    im happy to see this actually. Im 19. I married my DH right after high school and we got pregnant shortly after, and sadly I worry about people's opinions about that too much... it makes me feel better that my age doesnt matter to everyone like I thought it would.
    Mom to 2 healthy boys, and a baby girl in Heaven. Heard her heartbeat on 7/18, heartbeat was gone on 7/20. Miss you forever.
