Anyone else use Cytotec?

After finding out the baby's heart had stopped beating, we opted to take Cytotec to start the m/c process instead of waiting(which could take weeks) or having the D&E.  I feel good about my choice, but I guess I don't know what to expect.  So far it's just bleeding(no heavier than a period), a few clots, & mild cramps....Just want to know if this is normal.  I really feel like I need to have this part over so my heart can heal!=( Thanks ladies.

    Did you take it vaginally or orally? If you haven't taken any pain meds yet, take some now. The meds will help with the pain but take them before you think you need them. I inserted the pills (4 of them) around 10am and finally passed the sac around 8pm. Once I passed the sac the pain stopped almost instantly. The bleeding did pick up after that and lasted about a week. Take care of yourself. It's a difficult thing to do but you will get through it. Gentle thoughts to you....

    The dr inserted the pills vaginally, but I don't think it worked.  I had some bleeding for 2 days, but nothing heavy & never any bad pain.  I go in tomorrow at 8am for an u/s.  I think I will have to have the 2nd dose.=(
