Nail polish and IVF?

I know that you arent sopost to wear jewelry,makeup,etc for your ER and ET but are you allowed to pain your toes? I call my nurse everyday and dont want to bother her again!

    Toe nails are okay, fingernails are okay too just make sure you have 1 thumb that isn't painted.

    When I had both done in May - they told that toe nail polish was fine.  I live up in the Boston, MA area.

    hope you don't mind me popping over here and answering your question.  I went to cornell for my IVF and they are considered very highly in the community on the east coast.  I was never told anything about any of those in your post.  Not only was I in full makeup for both ER and ET, I showered, deodorant and of course nail polish.  When I asked them about this, they kind of laughed at me and asked where I got that info.  our IVF went great despite wearing makeup.  I know its a personal recommendation from each clinic, but just a story from someone on the ok to wear make up etc side.
