I signed up be a sponsor. Got an email yesterday morning asking if I could make the last conference call at 2 pm. I said we'd be at a football game, but I could call in from my cell, and I'd mute it if the game was still going on so that I could hear, but they wouldn't be able to hear the noise from the game.
She said that would be fine and sent out the info for the call. After a LOT of work to get the attachment with the info to open, I start trying to call in, about 5 minutes early. For 25 minutes or so, I call, and for 25 minutes, I get the "I'm sorry your id is invalid" message.
They aren't sure if there's going to be another call. I'm really annoyed, and more than a little ticked off that I may not be able to participate now, because the phone conference system they use screwed up somehow.

I emailed this morning, with screen shots of the call history (one more reason I LOVE the iphone! LOL). It shows the 16 missed calls beginning a few minutes before the call was scheduled to begin.
I really hope they still let me sponsor. It's not like I flaked or something! Not to mention, I feel I was very flexible in calling in from the game in the first place!
