Anyone else experiencing waves of panic? Every once in awhile I freak out for a feew minutes. Is it just because I am expecting twins or does anyone else have a wave of panic when thinking about what to do when the baby or babies come?
Yes, every now and then it hits me.............OMG we're going to have another baby!!!............and I mentally freak out for a minute or two and then I'm back to normal.
I have my waves of panic for sure. The nightmares about being a horrible mom don't help!
I'm a twin! My parents tell me all the time that they love the fact that they had twins and would do it all over again if they were young enough. They also went through the initial panic associated with having babies...doubled due to having twins. They won't lie and say it was easy, but they wouldn't change a thing!
wow you only freak out for a few minutes?? i think i've been having one long panic attack for the last 4 wks.. lol i've read that women who have never experienced issues with anxiety pre-pregnancy can have panic attacks/anxiety problems partly because of crazy hormones and partly because there is so much to think about and do!!
It doesn't get better, I am feeling that way at 26 weeks! Just relax and take a breath. It will be great and you will have other things to worry about later like your beautiful babies
I have had moments of panic that usually feel like my stomach is flipping over! I have wanted this baby for so long but now that it is actually happening I have freak out moments!!! I think it's normal. Our life is about to change DRASTICALLY!!!!!
