    Yes - I called my doctor as soon as I found out I was pregnant and he called in a prescription.

    i started at 9 weeks.  I had a sono first just to make sure it was a viable pregnancy before started lovenox.

    My hemo started me on heparin when we started TTC so I've been on it since May of 2008.

    same here. My OB started me on lovenox when we started TTC. I was taking coumadin before though and just needed to switch prior to TTC'ing because of the birth defects it causes. I've been on it since June 2008.
    Miscarriage/D&E 10w6d 10/3/14 (baby's heart stopped beating)

    Ectopic Pregnancy discovered @ 10 weeks 5/6/14 (Lost right tube and ovary)

    I am not pregnant yet but met with my RE last week. ?She said that as soon as I have a BFP we will start the Lovenox. ?We won't even wait to see if the HCG is rising. ?

    I started it when HCG was 17,000. Had first us the next day, around 5.5-6 weeks. With DD I started right away. I was on baby asa while TTC and until I started the Lovenox.

    we did a viability u/s at 8 weeks and started lovenox the same day.

    High Risk OB said they have to see the HB before I needed to start Lovenox due to MTHFR

    The day I had my beta I already told the RE that I tested the day before and had a BFP. He said I would start the lovenox the evening of the beta. I did not start it prior to that but I was on baby aspirin.
