1 out of 4 women misread a HPT????

When I was at the gym a commercial for digital pg tests came on and it started by claiming that one out of four women misread a regular HPT. I find that really hard to believe. I mean, come on. How hard is it to count to two? They're claiming that one out of four of the pg women out there can't even read the HPT? All I know is that when and if I am lucky enough to see two lines there will be no mistakes here!

    I agree!  Although it will be such a shock for me if I see two lines, I'll have to have my husband confirm.

    Um...yeah, that's pretty sad. I think I've seen that commercial, though. I just never really thought anything of it.

    Yeah that commercial makes me mad.  If you are too stupid to read an HPT then you shouldn't be having a baby in the first place.

    Those are the same fools that don't know exactly when or how they conceived!

    I know I can read it - I know that it is freaking stark azz white!

    That commercial annoys the crap out of me. I'm with LCB on this.

    Who here is a child of the 80s and old enough to remember the RIF (reading is fundamental) commercials? I always think of those commercials when I see the "not being able to read an HPT commercial".
