How do you clean giant stuffed animals?

You know - the really big ones that are nice and don't go in the washing machine. I've always spot cleaned them if Luke spit up on them or got food on them or something. But I just think they need to be cleaned. Antimicrobial Fabreeze? Lysol? Dry clean?

Spot clean and a steamer. Usually the steamer gets in deep enough....
