I'm doing mine as a blog right now (link in siggy). I find this is easier than trying to sit down and scrapbook right now. Once we announce it to our families, I'll work on putting it in a more creative format.

I just bought a week by week pregnancy journal at Target today. I'm thinking about also writing letters to LO in a blank journal (got a pretty one from someone ages ago and haven't used it yet) I had one that I wrote in to my future spouse (I started it before I even knew DH and I like the idea of writing to my LO before I get to meet him or her. DH really liked his when I gave it to him on our wedding night.

I'm making one using the digital software I sell. I can update it month-by-month, and I'll print it out after the baby is born.
I'm also using it to make my birth announcements and christmas cards this year.

This is what I'm doing, too. I like the freedom of it.
