Am I the only one who STILL does not have name?

My DH says the baby will come home a Jane Doe because I am indecisive, but I want the perfect name for my LO. This was the same thing we went thru with my DD. Her name is Kharis, and I think that name is beautiful, and when I first heard it, I knew that was it. I want this name to be the same way. Nothing yet has struck me as "this is it".

We had our names picked when we were dating

but you have to find the perfect name for you, dont feel rushed about it. Its the name she is going to have forever so you want it to be perfect and thats ok. Good Luck hope you find a perfect one soon. Have you been looking in books or online?

We are right with you but could have this baby any day!! We have it down to 3 names, but none are just right. I am stressing big time about it and would feel alot better if he had a name! I think boys names are so much harder than girls too!

A friend of mine didnt pick a name till her baby was born. She had a list of ones she liked but wanted to see him before she decided. Dont stress about it.. Smile

If we have a girl we're screwed. We cannot agree! Boy's wrapped up, but for a girl, we feel like we've used the only name we like! You'll find the name, even if it is in the hospital!

We are decided on first names... but middle names are a whole other story! And even then, I think I could still change my mind on the first names.... ugh it is so hard! I think the final decision will be made when we are face to face with LO. I see no harm in waiting.

We didn't name our DS until after I gave birth at the hospital. I don't even have a top 5 for this baby.

It will come to you- but I know how you feel. It seems like the first question out of everyone's mouth is "do you have a name picked out?"

When you go to the hospital and still don't have a name, Have a plan B... AKA Bring a baby naming book with you and tell everyone that you wanted to see what name fit the face of your baby before you stuck her with something that might not be HER name.

DH and I did not have a name and I knew for sure he was going to born without one. We had a list going, but did not have a name chosen yet. Since I delivered a little earlier than expected, we ended up picking a name the day before he was born.
