How long did you wait...

in TTC After a Loss
until you TTC again after a m/c.  I know after my first m/c they told me to wait until after a normal cycle before trying again.  I was wondering if any one was told differently or know any one that concieved the next month?  I  was 5wk1day when I m/c this time so I have not seen my Dr. yet.  Any thoughts?

    I was told to wait two cycles and i STILL have not gotten cycle one yet.

    I don't have a similar situation since I had to have a D&C, but I just wanted to say that I am sorry for your loss.

    I was also told 2 cycles.

    I have had 3 mc's and all 3 times I was told to wait 1-2 cycles. I had early and later losses and still told 1-2 cycles.

    I think I was told to wait just one cycle after my m/c in Feb.  Pretty sure he said to wait one for the c/p too, but I didn't really listen and sort of tried the next month.

    So sorry for your loss. My doc told us to "try" to wait one full cycle, but that if everything is "normal" (clear, no more tissue, all hormones down) that you can go ahead and try to catch the egg before you get your first AF. Just makes due-date prediction harder for the doctors if you haven't had one AF yet. If your body is ready, it can handle it. We tried... but I am not pg yet. But I know of at least 2 friends who successfully got pg before ever getting a period and went on to have healthy babies - boys in both cases.

    PS - love love love the bunny bong picture. I'm a huge fan of bunnies... and well, bongs too. ;)
