New Baby Dinners Delivered

I remember reading about a service where a new mother can get cooked dinners delivered for a week after coming home from the hospital.  Does anyone know of such a service in the tri-county area?

    I surprised my sister last year with two weeks worth of cooked meals after she came home from the hospital.  If I remember correctly,  some of the meals were delivered fresh in order to be eaten the first few days and the rest frozen with re-heating instructions.  She said it was the best gift she got.
